Taylor is the sweetest, most caring health advocate I have ever met. I was desperate for anyone to help or even just listen to the belly issues our baby was having and not only did she listen, but she took the time to research, exhaust options, and give knowledgeable and individualized information. Not to mention the fact she was quick and caring in responses before any formal appointment or meeting even happened. Navigating first-time mom life is hard enough and she made a loving impact on wanting to help find solutions for the health and wellness of our family as a whole. I was 8 months postpartum when I came to Taylor. I hadn’t been dropping any weight and was struggling with gut issues. I felt extremely discouraged. After some testing it was apparent I had developed a Thyroid issue. Taylor was quick to create Thyroid friendly meal plans, that also supported autoimmune diseases, specifically around me and my life. The most important part to me personally is she did this using a holistic, root-cause approach, proving that food is medicine. In addition, she was always by my side supporting and encouraging me week by week. I am truly so grateful for everything Taylor has done for me. I have lost 20lbs now with little to no gut issues, I feel like myself again and I owe it to Taylor. Taylor has been absolutely incredible! As someone who faces multiple autoimmune diseases, has had bariatric surgery, is on a gut healing journey and general health mission and working towards putting my symptoms into remission naturally, Taylor has been nothing short of helpful! She’s knowledgeable, personable, invested, and genuinely cares for the health of her clients. She made me a macro based meal plan for weight loss and has always checked in regularly, even outside of appointments, to help me stay on track and hitting my goals! Additionally, I am 4 weeks into an all natural parasite cleanse and she has been with me through every step, guiding and giving me the best advice! 5 stars isn’t enough! :)
